Might I suggest, to afford even greater protection, you also register your trademark as: The Telegraph Diet®, and you can claim exclusive rights over the use of your slogan by presenting it thus: MOVE MORE, EAT LESS™. This way, not only do you fully protect the intellectual property on your new idea, you play your part in the privatisation of the English language - a process that is now growing apace in corporate marketing, and no doubt generating welcome revenues for the UK Patent Office and for the British taxpayers.
